Fees and Cancellations

Mindscaper is a private billing service subsidised by Medicare rebates. No GP referral or GP Mental Health Care Plan required.

To claim a Medicare rebate for NP services, you must have attended a face-to-face consult with Leigh in the past 12 months.

Fees are reviewed annually.

Cancellations and Attendance

Life, health, caring responsibilities and mental health can be unpredictable. Wherever possible, please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule — you can do this directly via your booking confirmation.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments without notice, will incur a fee of 50% of the session fee. Medicare rebates are not available for missed appointments.

Unexpected circumstances happen and discretion may be applied in exceptional situations.

If late cancellations or missed appointments occur repeatedly, we'll discuss this together and may review booking arrangements to best support your care.

Fees are not refundable for services already provided.
